Community Physical Therapy in Woodridge, IL is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join its team, guiding patients from initial evaluation through discharge within an Admit-to-Discharge model in an Independent Living community.

Looking for a PRN opportunity that gives you the flexibility to work around your schedule while still allowing you to build meaningful relationships with your patients?

Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is looking for PRN Occupational and Physical Therapists to join our unique Admit-to-Discharge model within an Independent Living community.

Unlike a traditional PRN position, you’ll have the opportunity to manage a caseload that fits your availability and follow your patients from their initial evaluation through discharge. You’ll see their progress, build relationships, and make a meaningful impact throughout their therapy journey.
