Stern at Home Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one home health care for patients across Oahu. The role offers either part-time W-2 employment with benefits or a flexible PRN schedule based on your availability.

You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, develop plans of care, and document outcomes. Compensation ranges from $65 to $85 per visit, with benefits for eligible part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Hawaii required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home-based setting.
• Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Stern at Home Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes across Oahu.

What You'll Do:

As an Occupational Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you will evaluate and treat patients in their homes throughout Oahu.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.


• Provide one-on-one treatments based on each patient's functional needs and goals.


• Help patients improve independence, safety, mobility, and daily function.


• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.


• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and members of the clinical team.

Compensation:

Part-Time W-2:

• $65 per follow-up visit.


• $75 per 4-unit evaluation.

PRN:

• $72 per 4-unit follow-up visit.


• $85 per evaluation.
