What You'll Do

• You will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout Long Branch and surrounding Monmouth County communities, developing individualized treatment plans while maintaining full clinical autonomy.
• The administrative team manages scheduling, patient coordination, and documentation support so you can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
• Shadowing opportunities are available for therapists who are newer to home health or want to experience our model before getting started.
• The Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan helps keep your schedule consistent. If we are unable to replace a cancelled visit, you’ll be paid for up to two cancellations per month.
