Job summary

The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient assessments, treatment planning, direct care, and collaboration with the clinical team for a general rehab caseload.

Responsibilities include teaching caregivers, supervising staff, and ensuring timely documentation. Competitive hourly rates ($42–$45) with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are available for both full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active and unencumbered OT license in Massachusetts, or in the process of obtaining one.
• Newly licensed therapists welcome to apply.

• Screen and evaluate residents to develop care plans
• Perform administrative duties such as supervising resident care activities, medical records oversight, and ordering supplies
• Provide direct resident treatments according to an established plan of care under a physician's order
• Contribute to team meetings and decision-making
• Consult with and train residents and caregivers
• Monitor efficiencies with supervisor
• Document activities in the clinical documentation system in a timely manner

Job Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload while participating in the clinical team process. You will also provide teaching and training to caregiver staff and supervise other therapists, assistants, aides, and students as required.
