Job summary

Select Medical in Hanover, PA is seeking an Occupational Therapist for outpatient neuro/ortho services. The role focuses on improving patients' function and enabling return to athletics, work, and daily life through evidence-based OT interventions.

Per diem schedule includes Mondays 8am-5pm with occasional Tuesdays and Fridays. Mentorship and collaboration with PT/OT/SLP teams are emphasized, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy.
• State OT license or license eligible.
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Experience with neuro/ortho populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in outpatient neuro/ortho setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP) to plan patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on returning to athletics, work, and daily life.
• Adhere to state Practice Act and supervise as required.
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes.

Position: Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Neuro/Ortho

Location: Hanover, PA

Schedule: Per Diem. Mondays 8am-5pm, with occasional Tuesdays and Fridays

Salary: Starting at $55/hr, increases based on your experience.

Our outpatient orthopedic team is seeking an occupational therapist to join us in providing quality patient care.

We are passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience and helping all of our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love. Multidisciplinary outpatient center with multiple therapists, PT, OT and SLP. Pediatrics through geriatrics for both neuro and ortho.
