The Reserve Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Hanahan, SC, is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist for our in-house rehab program. The OT will screen and evaluate patients, develop plans, and deliver medically necessary interventions within regulatory guidelines in a post-acute setting.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, wound care).
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Generate discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Reserve Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Hanahan, SC, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full TimeOccupational Therapistfor our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications:

Occupational Therapist license is required.
