The Reserve in Hanahan, SC, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join the in-house rehab program. You will screen, evaluate, and plan care for patients with physical functioning disorders and wounds, delivering skilled, necessary treatments while adhering to regulatory standards.

Open to therapists at all experience levels, including new grads. The team emphasizes CAPLICO values and a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• New Grads are welcome.

Responsabilités

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, wound care).
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in line with regulatory requirements.

The Reserve in Hanahan, SC, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications:

Physical Therapist license is required.
