Job summary

Marquis Oregon City Post Acute Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver person-centered therapy within AgeRight Therapy's network across facilities. You will develop personalized care plans, apply evidence-based programs, and focus on maximizing function across physical, emotional, social, and cognitive domains for patients and families.

This role welcomes new grads and offers dedicated documentation time, generous PTO, access to free CEUs, and professional development

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited education program with the degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure.

Responsibilities

• Apply a transformative approach to therapy, crafting personalized care plans using clinical data.
• Utilize AgeRight Therapy’s evidence-based programs and pathways to optimize patient outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Post-Acute care preferred
