Job summary

Homeside Rehab in Greensboro, NC seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric home health team. Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to pediatric patients in their homes, promoting independence and development with schedule flexibility and a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with families and physicians.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Occupational Therapy License – Required.
• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation.
• Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or SNF settings preferred.

Job Summary

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric home health team in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role, you will provide individualized, evidence-based therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes, helping children achieve greater independence and developmental success while enjoying schedule flexibility and a supportive clinical team.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve motor skills, functional independence, sensory processing, and developmental outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment

• Communicate clearly with office staff, patients, and families regarding progress and care plans

Job Qualifications
