Job summary

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist or OTA to join our pediatric home health team. You will deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to pediatric patients in their homes, focusing on improving motor skills and functional independence while enjoying schedule flexibility.

As part of our supportive team, you will collaborate with clinicians, document care accurately, and communicate progress to families and staff.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts State Occupational Therapy License (OT or COTA) — required
• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation
• Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment
• Valid Massachusetts State driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
• Pediatric experience is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or SNF settings

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and patient goals
• Provide evidence-based OT interventions to improve motor skills, functional independence, and developmental outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements

Job Details:

• Salary: $65 - $80 per hour
• Schedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours, day and evening shifts available, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed
