Job summary

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health team in Omaha, NE. Deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to pediatric patients in their homes, with schedule flexibility and a supportive team environment.

The role requires Nebraska OT licensure, pediatric experience preferred, and at least 1 year in Home Health, Outpatient, or SNF settings. Salary ranges hourly with options for full-time, part-time, or per diem, and weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or SNF settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment and goals.
• Provide OT interventions to improve motor skills, independence, and developmental outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the clinical team for coordinated treatment.
• Communicate progress and care plans with office staff, patients, and caregivers.

Licensed Occupational Therapist

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health team. In this role, you will deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to pediatric patients in their homes, making a meaningful impact while enjoying schedule flexibility and a supportive team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and patient goals
• Provide evidence-based OT interventions to improve motor skills, functional independence, and developmental outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment
• Communicate clearly with office staff, patients, and caregivers regarding progress and care plans

Job Qualifications:

• Active Nebraska State Occupational Therapy License – required
• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation
• Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment
• Valid Nebraska State driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
• Pediatric experience is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings

Job Details:

• Salary: $65 - $80 HOURLY
• Schedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours, day and evening shifts available, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed
