Job summary

Homeside Rehab in Greensboro, NC seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric home health team. Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to pediatric patients in their homes, promoting independence and development with schedule flexibility and a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with families and physicians.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Occupational Therapy License – Required.
• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation.
• Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or SNF settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve motor skills, functional independence, sensory processing, and development.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team for coordinated treatment.
• Communicate progress and care plans clearly with office staff, patients, and families.
