Job summary

Sierra Post Acute in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team delivering rehabilitation, memory care, and nursing services to residents in a supportive setting.

As a full-time OT, you will provide therapy to residents, collaborate with a caring staff, and help residents reach their maximum potential. A current CO OT license is required; post-acute or SNF experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CO Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to residents as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Support residents' maximal potential in a caring environment.

Successful Candidate:

Current, unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in CO

Experience in in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus!

Rate Range $40-$50/hour
