Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Nebraska seeks an Occupational Therapist to assess patients, develop and revise care plans, and coordinate with the care team. You will document progress and ensure compliance with infection control protocols during patient care.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as an OT.
• CPR certification and Hepatitis profile current.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessment and identify patient needs.
• Prepare and complete a Plan of Care and progress notes.
• Revise the POC based on ongoing evaluation.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions in care.
• Accept assignments aligned with education and competence.
• Communicate effectively with the care team to achieve outcomes.
