Occupational Therapist

Location: Inpatient & outpatient role. Hours: M-F 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM.

Delivers individualized comprehensive care to patients with the goal of empowering them to remain at their optimal level of independence and functioning. Uses innovative treatment techniques, real‑life simulation, and collaborative processes to establish a plan of care addressing each patient’s physical, social, and emotional concerns. Aims to assist patients to achieve or maintain their highest level of function during cancer treatment.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months of Occupational Therapist (OT) experience.
• Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA‑accredited program.
• Active Arizona State Board of Occupational Therapy license.
• Current certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
