About the Position

• Job Title: Occupational Therapist
• Location: Evansville, Barrett, Osakis, and Parkers Prairie
• Position type: Full-Time, Benefits-Eligible (1.0 FTE)
• Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
• Settings: Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing (SNF), Assisted Living and Independent Living Facilities, and Home Health care.

*This position will have the opportunity for partial paid travel!

Requirements

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, OT licensing in Minnesota.
