Job summary

Providence Health & Services is looking for a part-time Occupational Therapist at St. Joseph Hospital in Eureka, California. The OT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver ongoing care. Occupational Therapist – Occupational Therapy Unit, St. Joseph Hospital, Eureka (Part‑time, Day Shift)

The Staff Occupational Therapist (OTR) is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing ongoing treatments that are designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives. The role meets all clinical, organizational and position requirements as defined in the Occupational Therapy policies for Scope of Practice and Professional Standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution, or
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• California Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience with Epic EMR.
