Job summary

H2 Health Prime Living in Collierville, TN is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to deliver 1:1 care to a geriatric population in a luxury senior living community. The role involves evaluating and treating conditions such as general orthopedic issues, vestibular rehab, cognitive decline, and ADLs, with independent practice and teamwork as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active state license to practice or eligible.
• New graduates welcome; experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 OT care to geriatric residents.
• Treat orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, cognitive decline and ADLs.
• Work independently and in teams to plan care.
• Assess and document patient progress and outcomes.

Are you looking to provide 1:1 care while seeing all your patients under one roof? H2 Health Prime Living has the pleasure to provide care as an Occupational Therapist to residents within a luxury Senior Living community in Collierville!

This position will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient’s functional needs.
