Job summary

H2 Health Prime Living in Denver seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 care in a luxury senior living community. You will evaluate and treat a geriatric caseload with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline.

The therapist must work independently and in teams, making decisions based on each patient's functional needs. New graduates are welcome, and prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible state OT license.
• Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.

Are you looking to provide 1:1 care while seeing all your patients under one roof? H2 Health Prime Living has the pleasure to provide care as an Occupational Therapist in a luxury senior living community in Denver!

This position will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

What You’ll Need:

Education:

A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Experience:

Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!

Qualifications:

An active or eligible state license to practice.

Pay Range: $48.00 - 54.00 per hour, depending on experience and credentials.
