Job summary

Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Bayville, NJ is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our skilled rehabilitation team at our 235-bed facility. You will provide care in long-term skilled nursing and short-term post-acute rehab programs, serving patients from local hospitals.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, implement interventions, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to promote recovery and independence while maintaining

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Current New Jersey OT license.
• Hospital or rehabilitation experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Join Our Skilled Rehabilitation Team!

Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at our 235-bed facility in Bayville, NJ 08721. You will provide care in both long-term skilled nursing and short-term post-acute rehabilitation programs. Our patients come from area hospitals including Community Medical Center, Ocean Medical Center, Barnabas Behavioral Health, Ancora Hospital, and Ivy-stone Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes

• Implement and modify therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to promote recovery and independence

• Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including progress notes and discharge summaries

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan for future care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapist (OT)from an accredited program

• Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist license
