Job summary

Sonrisas Therapies- Pediatric Home and Healthcare Services, LLC. seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric home health services across Central Texas. You’ll evaluate, treat, and empower children in their home environments, using play-based strategies and family collaboration to promote independence.

The role offers flexible hours with full-time or part-time options and competitive pay. A driver’s license is required for travel between home visits, and benefits include health coverage

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Texas licensure or eligibility to practice OT in Texas.
• Strong collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children with sensory, fine motor, and daily living needs.
• Design and implement individualized, play-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents and our therapy team to ensure progress.
• Educate families on activities and home strategies for development.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.

Location: Buda, Kyle, South Austin, Del Valle, Bastrop Dripping Springs, Wimberly, Driftwood and San Marcos

Pay: $81,000 – $101,000 per year

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Hours

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat children with sensory, fine motor, and daily living skill needs.
• Design and implement individualized, play-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and our multidisciplinary therapy team to ensure progress and carryover.
• Educate families on strategies and home activities to promote development.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our easy-to-use EMR system.

What You’ll Need:
