Sonrisas Therapies is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver pediatric home health services across Central Texas. You will evaluate, treat, and support children in their home environments, promoting independence through play and daily activities.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) and a competitive salary of $81,000–$101,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, family-first culture that values work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Texas OT license or eligibility.
• NBCOT certification or eligibility.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A heart for helping kids and families reach meaningful goals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children with sensory, fine motor, and daily living skill needs.
• Design and implement individualized, play-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and our multidisciplinary therapy team to ensure progress and carryover.
• Educate families on strategies and home activities to promote development.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EMR system.
