Job summary

Sonrisas Therapies is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide pediatric home health services across Central Texas, serving families in Buda, Kyle, South Austin, Del Valle, Bastrop, Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Driftwood, and San Marcos.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Texas OT license (or eligibility).
• NBCOT certification (or eligibility).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to helping kids and families reach meaningful goals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children with sensory, fine motor, and daily living skill needs.
• Design and implement individualized, play-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team to ensure progress.
• Educate families on strategies and home activities to promote development.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR system.

Location: Buda, Kyle, South Austin, Del Valle, Bastrop Dripping Springs, Wimberly, Driftwood and San Marcos
Pay: $81,000 – $101,000 per year

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Hours

• Evaluate and treat children with sensory, fine motor, and daily living skill needs.

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and our multidisciplinary therapy team to ensure progress and carryover.
• Educate families on strategies and home activities to promote development.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our easy-to-use EMR system.
