Ampersand Therapy LLC in Ashland City, TN is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year. The role supports students by planning and delivering OT services to meet IEP goals.

You'll collaborate with school staff, families, and students, coordinating assessments, adaptive equipment, and therapy sessions. A Tennessee OT license and a master's degree are required; school-based experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active (or eligible) Tennessee Occupational Therapist license.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and deliver occupational therapy services to support student development and IEP goals.
• Evaluate student abilities across functional domains (oral motor, sensory, ADLs, fine motor, posture).
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress and goals.
• Obtain and document adaptive equipment and supplies; train staff and families as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
