Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC in Chesterfield, SC is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a school-based position. You will conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy, monitor progress for a pediatric caseload, and write IEPs and therapy plans with teachers and families.

This full-time, on-site role offers pay up to $55/hour, W-2 employment with liability insurance, health benefits, 401(k) with company match, licensure reimbursement, CEUs, mileage between sites, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in South Carolina, or willing to obtain SC licensure.
• ASAP pediatric or school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based evaluations, direct treatment, and progress monitoring for pediatric students.
• Write and maintain IEPs and therapy plans and related documentation.
• Attend IEP and multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with teachers and families.
