Lehigh Valley Health Network in Stroudsburg, PA seeks a full-time board-certified/eligible Occupational Medicine physician to join LVPG in the Pocono Mountains. You will perform DOT medical evaluations, oversee MRO duties, and manage occupational injuries and surveillance exams as part of a 15-physician/APC team across LVHN and Jefferson Health.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in occupational medicine preferred.
• Commercial Driver Medical Examiner certification required.
• Medical Review Officer certification required or obtained within six months of employment.
• A PA medical license and a DEA license are required.

Responsabilités

• Perform DOT medical evaluations and Medical Review Officer duties.
• Complete pre-placement/pre-employment physical exams and other surveillance exams.
• Evaluate, treat and manage occupational injuries, illnesses and exposures.
• Participate in workplace walkthroughs and ergonomic consultations.
• Be supported by a team of seasoned APCs, staff and case managers.
• No weekends, no call.
• Be a network champion for occupational medicine and clinical work.
