Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network in the Pocono Mountains seeks a full-time board-certified/eligible occupational medicine physician to join LVPG in Tannersville, PA. You will evaluate and manage occupational injuries, perform DOT medical evaluations, and collaborate with APCs and case managers.

Responsibilities

• Perform Department of Transportation (DOT) medical evaluations and Medical Review Officer (MRO) duties
• Complete pre-placement/pre-employment physical exams in addition to other specialty medical surveillance exams and fitness-for-duty evaluations
• Evaluate, treat and manage occupational injuries, illnesses and exposures
• Participate in workplace walkthroughs and ergonomic consultations
• Be supported by a team of seasoned advanced practice clinicians (APCs), staff and case managers
• A network champion for occupational medicine and a passion for clinical work
