Job summary

Endeavor Health is recruiting for a full-time occupational health physician to join our Naperville market at Edward Hospital. You will provide clinical care, perform pre-placement and return-to-work evaluations, and manage workers' compensation cases.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Eligible for medical licensing in Illinois.
• Board certification/Board eligible in area of expertise.
• DOT Certification and MRO familiarity a plus.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical patient care by interviewing, examining and treating clinical patients.
• Educates patients on wellness, prevention and early detection with materials for patients and families.
• Shares duties with other physicians to ensure availability of a physician at all times.
• Orders studies, tests and ancillary services.
• Documents all services in patient medical records.
• Participates in quality improvement and continuing education.
