Job summary

One Medical in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a full-time clinician to deliver patient-focused primary care within an employer health clinic. You will handle acute, chronic, and well visits onsite, including occupational injuries and workplace exposures.

Tele-health and in-person care are part of the routine. The role requires CA license, residency in Internal, Family, or Occupational Medicine, and Occupational Health experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal, Family, or Occupational Medicine residency program.
• Occupational Health or Workers Comp experience required.
• Occupational Health clinical experience required.
• Workers Compensation experience with adjusters and related processes.
• Board Certified in Internal, Family, or Occupational Medicine, preferred.
• State CA license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients with acute, chronic and well visits onsite at an employer health clinic.
• Evaluate, treat and follow up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions.
• Manage testing and treatment for infectious and hazardous material exposures in the workplace.
• Treat patients in-office or at testing centers; conduct occasional tele-health visits.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams; participate in weekly clinical rounds.
• Possibly supervise NP/PA colleagues as needed.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
