Job summary

All Star Healthcare Solutions is seeking an Occupational Medicine physician for a full-time assignment in Los Angeles, CA. The role blends primary care, occ med, and urgent care in an outpatient clinic; start ASAP with a 8am-5pm schedule, Monday to Friday.

Requirements include an active CA medical license and CA DEA, DOT certification, and occ med or urgent care experience; you will manage work-related injuries, pre-placement, surveillance physicals, and see patients of all ages using Allscripts

Qualifications

• Active CA medical license and CA DEA registration.
• DOT certification required at time of presentation.
• Experience in occupational medicine or urgent care.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages in outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Treat scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic.
• Diagnose and treat work-related injuries; perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations.
• Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis.
• EMR: Allscripts.
