Job summary

All Star Healthcare Solutions is seeking a physician for an outpatient Occupational Medicine role in California. The clinician will see patients of all ages and perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance exams in a mixed primary care, occupational medicine, and urgent care clinic.

Immediate availability is required for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. Must hold an active CA license with CA DEA and DOT certification; Allscripts EMR experience preferred; excellent

Qualifications

• Must have some Occupational Medicine or Urgent Care experience.
• Experience with standard urgent care procedures.
• Must be able to see patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for varied private companies and governmental agencies.
• Treat both scheduled and walk-in urgent care patients.
• Provide urgent care and occupational medicine services within the clinic.
• Work within a mixed primary care, occupational medicine, and urgent care setting.
