We are seeking a Regional Medical Director to utilize your leadership skills and expertise in medicine.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and promote collaboration across multiple fields and teams to achieve clinical and business outcomes.
- Develop and implement action plans to address gaps in financial performance and growth across service lines to achieve the annual business plan.
- Plan and carry out strategies, as well as new clinical and business processes within the region.
- Manage clinical staffing and personnel costs.
- Monitor key clinical metrics, including efficiencies, cost per encounter, coding, and documentation, understanding their relationship to financial outcomes.

- Build clinical teams focused on service delivery, driving key business metrics, clinician support, and growing core business. Responsible for strategy implementation and maintaining relationships across markets.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Occupational Medicine or other Primary Care specialties (Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine).
- Minimum of 5 years practicing Occupational Medicine.
- State licensure requirements met.
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
- Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
- Eligibility to participate in Medicare.
