Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network's Division of Occupational Medicine is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (PA-C) to provide onsite occupational health services at the Hazleton, PA site. The role includes work injury evaluations, DOT physicals, medical surveillance, pre-placement exams, and fitness-for-duty assessments, with Epic EMR documentation.

Valid PA license in PA, DEA registration, and a CDL medical examiner certification are required; 2 years of occupational medicine experience

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration.
• 2 years of clinical Occupational Medicine experience preferred.
• COHN/COHN-S preferred.
• Commercial Driver Medical Examiner Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform work injury evaluation, DOT physicals, medical surveillance exams, pre-placement physicals, and fitness for duty evaluations.
• Provide onsite occupational health services to employees at Hazleton site.
• Documentation in Epic EMR and administrative occupational health activities.
