Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to join the Division of Occupational Medicine at a local manufacturing site in Northeast Philadelphia, PA, to provide onsite occupational health services for 450+ employees.

You will perform work injury evaluations, DOT physicals, surveillance exams, and pre-placement exams, with documentation in Epic EMR, and handle other clinical and administrative occupational health activities.

Competenze

• Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration required.
• 2 years of clinical Occupational Medicine experience preferred.
• COHN/COHN-S preferred.
• Commercial Driver Medical Examiner Certification required.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite occupational health services to over 450 employees.
• Perform work injury evaluation and treatment, DOT physicals, surveillance exams, pre-placement physicals, and other specialty exams and fitness for duty evaluations.
• Documentation in Epic EMR.
• Provision of clinical and administrative occupational health activities.
