Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network in Hazleton, PA, is hiring a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (CRNP) in Occupational Medicine. The role provides onsite occupational health services to employees at Nucor Towers and Structures, with clinic hours Monday-Friday and no major holidays.

You will perform work-related evaluations, physicals, medical surveillance, and fitness-for-duty assessments, documenting in Epic EMR and contributing to a comprehensive health program.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration.
• 2 years of clinical Occupational Medicine experience preferred.
• COHN/COHN-S preferred.
• Commercial Driver Medical Examiner Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform work injury evaluation and treatment, DOT physicals, medical surveillance exams, pre-placement physicals, and other specialty exams and fitness for duty evaluations.
• Provision of clinical and administrative occupational health activities.
• Documentation in Epic EMR.
