Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support in an urgent care clinic near Tacoma, WA. Start ASAP; schedule Mon–Fri 8a–5p; credentialing in ~2 weeks.

Licensure in Washington, BLS, DEA and DOT are required. AMN provides malpractice insurance and arranges travel, lodging, rentals and transportation for contractors.

Qualifications

• Must hold Washington state medical license and be Board Certified.
• Active BLS, DEA and DOT certifications required.
• Occupational medicine experience preferred.
• Locum tenens position with ASAP start.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational medicine NP/PA services in urgent care.
• Manage patient flow of 20–25 patients per day.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver care.

This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p


• Patients per day: 20-25


• Practice Setting: Urgent Care Clinic


• State Licensure: Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified and Department of Transportation (DOT).


• Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
