Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support in California. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a patient load of 20–25 per day in an Urgent Care–type clinic setting.

Requirements include a California medical license, Board Certification, BLS, DEA, and DOT certifications. Credentialing is typically completed within two weeks.

• California state medical license required.
• Board Certification in Occupational Medicine or related field preferred.
• DEA and DOT certifications required or eligible.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p in a clinic setting.
• Patient load: 20-25 patients per day.
• Scope: Occupational Medicine with Urgent Care duties.
• Provide Occupational Medicine care as NP/PA in a locum tenens assignment.
