Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician to provide onsite occupational health services at a local manufacturing site. The role supports work injury evaluations, DOT physicals, and routine occupational health exams, with documentation in Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration.
• 2 years of clinical Occupational Medicine experience preferred.
• COHN/COHN-S preferred.
• Commercial Driver Medical Examiner Certification required.

The Division of Occupational Medicine is ready to welcome a new full-time Advanced Practice Clinician colleague at a local manufacturing employer in Northeast

Philadelphia, PA where you will provide onsite occupational health services to over 450 employees.

Practice Overview:

• Onsite clinic office hours Monday-Friday, no major holidays, or on-call responsibility
• Perform work injury evaluation and treatment, DOT physicals, medical surveillance exams, pre-placement physicals, and other specialty exams and fitness for duty evaluations
• Provision of clinical and administrative occupational health activities
• Documentation in Epic EMR

Job Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration
• 2 years of clinical Occupational Medicine experience preferred
• COHN/COHN-S preferred
• Commercial Driver Medical Examiner Certification required
