Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations across our California centers. You will partner with physicians and staff to deliver exceptional care, drive efficiency, and implement best practices to support patient wellbeing.

This leadership role requires a Bachelor’s in healthcare management, 9+ years in healthcare, and 5+ years managing multiple centers. You will manage budgets, billing, staffing, and KPIs while fostering a culture of collaboration and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or related field.
Minimum of 9 years of experience in healthcare, with preference for occupational medicine.
At least 5 years of direct management experience across multiple Centers.
In-depth knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and occupational medicine practices.
Proficiency in managing budgets, billing systems, and operational performance metrics.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, coach, and supervise Center staff to achieve performance excellence.
Provide guidance and escalation support for Center staff across locations.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Identify and mentor future leaders within the Center team.
Address interpersonal and operational conflicts promptly and professionally.
Oversee day-to-day operations and patient care quality.
Develop strategies to minimize wait times and enhance patient throughput.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and operational efficiency.
Manage Center budget, operational performance drivers, and cost controls.
Oversee purchasing, maintenance, calibration, and repair of Center equipment and manage inventory levels.
Monitor KPIs to evaluate Center efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
Monitor billing reports for accuracy and timeliness.
Partner with sales and regional ops to drive growth initiatives.
Coordinate with other providers to deliver seamless care.
Ensure compliance with laws and maintain staff certifications.
Engage with local businesses to build partnerships.
