Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial post-offer/pre-placement physical assessment and immunization/testing as needed.
• Follows up on unusual findings with education, counseling, referrals, or work restrictions.
• Promotes employees' health through health promotion and education.
• Evaluates return-to-work clearance and approves or extends leave as needed.
• Collaborates with supervisors to ensure safe return to work with any restrictions.
• Assists in immunization and TB testing programs per policy and regulations.
• Maintains accurate employee health records and treatment logs.
• Supports development and revision of Employee Health guidelines and procedures.
• Assists with workers' compensation program and coordination with insurers.
