Job summary

You will work under the Site Manager, collaborating with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality patient care, safety and documentation in the EMR. A MA RN license and BLS are required; prior medical office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Massachusetts RN license to practice required; BLS certification.
• Experience in medical office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform telephone triage and assessment, document findings in the EMR.
• Render patient care within scope of training, including immunizations, injections, blood draws and vital signs.
• Assist physicians with minor procedures and prepare exam rooms.
• Enter prescription information accurately in the EMR and manage med refills.
• Provide safe, age-appropriate nursing care and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and staff to coordinate care and ensure quality.
