Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking an Associate Health RN for a PRN role in Toledo. The position supports pre-employment follow-ups, immunizations, and exposures management, collaborating with HR and Infection Prevention.

The role requires a BSN, RN licensure, and 3–5 years of nursing experience, with 2+ years in occupational health preferred. May involve 16 hours/month with 4- or 8-hour shifts; on-site work schedule Mon-Fri 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN and current state licensure.
• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• 2+ years in occupational/associate health preferred.
• Familiar with OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain associate health policies and compliance with regulations.
• Surveillance of associate health records and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Infection Prevention, and Wellness teams.
• Deliver immunizations, TB screening, respirator fit testing.
• Manage leave matters incl. FMLA and ADA accommodations.
• Ensure EMR is up-to-date for patient care data.
