Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the North Ridgeville Occupational Health site. The RN will deliver high-quality nursing care, assess patient status, administer IV medications, and participate in care planning in a fast-paced occupational health setting.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, current RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least 3 years of acute adult care experience; occupational health certification preferred but not

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association.
• Occupational Health Nurse Certification (preferred, not required).
• 3 years of experience working in acute care of adults (required).

Responsibilities

• Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, understand charting, and assess patient condition
• Serves as a team player to provide appropriate wound service coverage in the center
• Evaluates, updates and revises the plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes
• Administer medications in a safe manner consistent with the State of Practice and the organization’s policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
