Job summary

Mercy Health in Toledo is seeking a Registered Nurse for Associate Health on a PRN basis. You will perform immunizations, surveillance of associate health records, and collaborate with Human Resources, Infection Prevention, and Wellness to maintain compliance and protect staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification by American Heart Association.
• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience; 2+ years in occupational/associate health preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ADA, FMLA, EEOC and related laws.
• Proficient with MS Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of associate health regulations and assist with compliance.
• Surveillance of associate health records; document and report as needed.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, Infection Prevention, and Wellness for referrals.
• Deliver immunizations, TB screening, respirator testing, and related programs.
• Coordinate leave of absence processes (FMLA, MLOA, PLOA, ADA).
• Ensure vaccination program compliance and update EMR accordingly.
• Participate in committees and provide data to trend associate health risks.
