Job summary

Baptist Health - Central Alabama is seeking an RN for Occupational/Employee Health to perform health screenings and follow-up on work-related illnesses. You will ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and collaborate with Infection Control to maintain a safe workplace.

The role requires a nursing degree and an active RN license, with 3–5 years hospital-based experience preferred. PRN, on-site work with opportunities to travel between hospital locations may apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years hospital-based experience required.
• Active RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform new and annual health screenings for employees.
• Follow-up on work-related illnesses and injuries and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Infection Control and maintain a safe working environment.
• May have additional duties within the role scope.
