• Handle employee exposures and guide proper follow-up.
• Monitor employee work injuries and workers’ comp processes.
• Maintain employee health records and ensure OSHA/JCAHO compliance.
• Track annual health surveillance and return-to-work clearances.
• Promote wellness and safety education in the workplace.
