Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license is required.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS certificate is preferred.
• BSN degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and evaluations.
• Monitor vital signs and fluids, detect clinical changes.
• Identify deterioration and respond promptly to critical signs.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for adverse effects.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to address patient needs.
