Job summary

Wilson Health in Sidney, Ohio, is hiring a part-time Occupational Health Registered Nurse to support their Occupational Health Department. The role covers 7am–5pm with 20–30 hours per week; 1st shift, no weekends or holidays, and reports to the OHS Manager/Director.

You will perform employee health assessments, immunizations, pre-employment physicals, and care coordination, using Epic EHR and other records. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate with an Associate's Degree from an Accredited RN program.
• Current RN license in Ohio is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; COHN and related certs desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within the Occupational Health Department.
• Perform employee health assessments, screenings, immunizations, and wellness services.
• Assist with pre-employment physicals and return-to-work evaluations.
• Coordinate workers' compensation care with employers, providers, and insurers.
• Maintain accurate documentation within Epic and other EHR systems.
• Educate employees on injury prevention, workplace safety, and wellness.
