Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for client employees and dependents at our Health Center in Green Bay, WI. The role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with two days and later start times.

The RN will assess patient needs, coordinate with physicians, perform tests, administer medications, and maintain records within scope. Requires RN license, BLS, and at least three years in relevant settings; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice required
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required based on contract scope
• COHN/COHN-S certification preferred for some sites
• At least three years of RN experience in emergency, occupational health, or ambulatory care settings
• Spanish language ability preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs and perform nursing evaluations
• Collaborate with physicians for further medical evaluation
• Complete medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined
• Administer medications and provide emergency care as needed
• Maintain equipment and infection control procedures
• Keep accurate patient health records
• Educate patients on health promotion and follow-up care
• Perform other duties as assigned
