Job summary

Qualifications

• RN Diploma or Associate degree required.
• Valid RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Two+ years nursing experience preferred; ER or Occupational Health preferred.
• COHN certification preferred.
• CPR/AED certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Administers professional nursing care to sick/injured employees.
• Performs and evaluates clinical and diagnostic tests.
• Assists plant physician in minor surgical procedures.
• Documents medical history of employees.
• Maintains medical records for quality and accuracy.
• Performs and documents physical exams.
• Maintains equipment and supplies.
